3. Sales of Artwork and Products

All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
Please be aware that colors and textures may vary slightly from digital images due to differences in screen displays.
We retain the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary, for reasons including limited stock or error in product information.
Prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice.

3.1 Originals and Prints

When purchasing an original artwork, you are buying the physical piece only.
All copyrights and reproduction rights remain with Meet Mrs Muse unless explicitly licensed separately in writing.

3.2 PRODUCTION & SHIPPING

MEET MRS MUSE operates as a custom, made-to-order business.

Production Timeframe:
- Prints: 2–3 weeks for printing.
- Framing: 3–4 weeks for custom framing.

3.3 Commissions

Commissioned works are subject to a separate agreement outlining pricing, timelines, payment terms, and specific requirements.
Deposits for commissions are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise.

4. PAYMENTS

We accept all major credit cards. Payments are processed at checkout through secure payment gateways. Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully received.

4.1 Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout (or included where stated).
We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by postal/courier services once the artwork has been dispatched.
For international shipments, buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We take great care to ensure each artwork is safely packed.
Due to the unique nature of original artworks, we do not offer returns for change of mind.
If an artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so we can assist you.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to keep the Website accurate and secure, we do not guarantee its accuracy or that it will always be free of errors or viruses.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, we disclaim all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of this Website.
